Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most destinations.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections which can occasionally delay delivery.

Where available, international shipments may be sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services. This means duties and import taxes may be prepaid during shipping to help avoid additional charges on delivery.

Policies regarding duties and import taxes may vary depending on destination country.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
