Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To begin a return, please contact us at daggerwoodgames@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at daggerwoodgames@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary.
